Assistant Coach Kristy Ulrich

Kristy enters her first season as an assistant coach for Denison

She is a 2005 graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati where she earned a bachelors degree in psychology.  She was a four year member of the Musketeer swim team and a consistent scorer at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships.  She was a Dean’s List student all four years and graduated with honors.

Kristy then went on to the University of Michigan where she earned a masters degree with honors in social work in 2007.  For the last two years she served as the graduate assistant with the women’s swim team there working under Jim Richardson.  She helped guide the Wolverines to second and seventh place finishes, respectively, at the 2007 Big Ten Swimming and Diving Championships and the 2007 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.  She also coached with Club Wolverine and at the University of Michigan and the University of North Carolina Swim Camps.

Her younger brother, Adam (class of 2007), was an All American swimmer at Denison.

Kristy resides in Granville (just down the hill) with her pet Yorkshire Terrier, Sampson.
